We are a manufacturer of gears as well as a full service machine shop. Our diversity includes manufacturing & reverse engineering of O.E.M. parts for machine tool replacement suppliers.  We also have experience in automotive after-market parts, train replacement parts and paper handling machine parts. Windsor Gear is a preferred vendor, supplying gears for high performance quarter turn and multi-turn gear operators in motorized and manual applications used within subsea operators in the oil and gas industry.

Windsor Gear produces a wide variety of gears including; Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears and Splines.  We also offer machine services including CNC milling and turning, gear shaping, gear hobbing, rack gear cutting, face gears, clutch teeth as well as internal and external spline cutting.  We offer repair services for shafts and pumps.  As a small shop we can also offer many other customized machining services not available at larger shops.  There is no job too small for Windsor Gear.
